Do you like ika, squid or calamari?
Japanese like it.
Americans like fried calamari but most of you do not like sushi calamari.
The reason is very simple. It is chewy, no fat.
I gave this to Mike Mills on Monday night. He ordered again.
I sliced ika thinly and tied with shiso leaf and put ume, pickled plum paste.
I asked him not using soy sauce.
Then I asked my fiends on Tuesday night. They loved this way.
You need to change your life sometimes. It is same as sushi. You need to change your orders sometimes. You might open the new door. Good luck!
